Una robusta Stout con cioccolato e lamponi. Anche se l’idea non mi ispirava troppo, la birra in realtà è molto cremosa, succosa, fresca, per nulla stucchevole o esageratamente pastry. Come un buon fondente aromatizzato al punto giusto. Golosa. 4,15.

Robe noire opaque. Fine mousse éphémère. Nez : malt grillé, café, chocolat. Carbo fine et présente. Bouche : chocolat, framboise bien mûre. Petit côté rôti. Le goût de chocolat et framboise persiste énormément en bouche. Très équilibrée.

Interesting take on dessert. Aroma does get both raspberry & chocolate, sort of syrup with cocoa powder. Taste is a well-roasted stout with dark chocolate truffle filled with raspberry jelly. Extremely smooth body & mouthfeel. A really good nickname, eh?

NICE!! Really enjoyed this beer. Not much on the nose. Mostly raspberry, sprinkle of chocolate. But the taste.... Dessert. Strong raspberry, balanced well with the chocolate.

Very nice raspberry fragrance to the beer. Very foamy head when poured. Very strong stout with a large raspberry presence. I drank it at about 50 degrees today and enjoyed the beer more.
