Holding up well. Barrel still prominent; sprig of caramel and chocolate. Munchable bittering hops.

This is past its prime. Barrel on the nose. Taste of alcohol, bitternes and barrel. Waited for it to warm up. It got better, but at 14 degrees Celsius its still very unbalanced. Just bought it. Dont know how it was stored. Want to try this fresh.No rating

Vintage 2018 bottle! Still tastes great! Less hoppy but seems like it has more of a malt and bourbon taste after aging! Thanks Kurt! 🍻

Een (red?) IPA op Bourbon vaten.. 🤨 Boozy met het bittertje/hoppige van de IPA; erg apart. Heb betere BA’s gehad.

First beer @ 31! Pours amber brown with a persistent light Carmel head.feuity hops on the nose laced with a whiskey whiff. Slick sweetness which copious hops, followed by a dry finish.

Aged beautifully. Malted Carmel w v muted hops. Very barleywine in character.

Let this sit for a couple years and it’s still nice. The bourbon comes through nicely. Still some bitterness from the red IPA.

Smell oak, booze, sweet malts, raisins. Tastes like all of that, quite sweet, bit of tannins on the end.

Late checkin from Fri. Had this one in the beer frig for awhile now. Believe it has aged very well. Very smooth caramel flavor.

Improves with age. Massive malt with bourbon, hop hit has faded slightly but this leaves nothing but greatness.

Flavors really mellowed over last almost 3 years. Vanilla and oak are thrust upon my palate.

Deep dark red Imp BA IPA. Strong boozy bourbon scent with a spike of dank hops. Powerful nose full of deep malty nodes. Hoppiness start rolling in the body. The cask is obvious through. Full rich powerful body, caramelly towards chocolate. Long finish. 😍

Riktigt nice. Syrlig, massa burbon och fat. När jag drack den så var den lagrad så riktigt balanserad och trevlig.

Last bottle. Cellared 31 months. Held up ok. Was one of my fav beers fresh though.

Aged well over two years and this is an exceptional brew! Malty, hoppy, woody and strong. Perfect beer to watch Sleepy Hollow with. THE HORSEMAN RIDE'S TONIGHT!
