One of the best beers of the last few years for some night college football.

Some people will definitely call me crazy, but I prefer the base beer. This wasn't bad at all, but maybe it would improve from additional aging. The base beer is so complex & there aren't enough traditional Imperial Stout out there now. #rant

Ok. Not a fan. Too Boozy. Even grant wouldn’t like this lol

Chocolate and coffee on the nose. Chocolate and coffee taste and a combination of smooth and boozy

FLN. FIS is always a little roasty for my preference. Still a well made beer. Jeremiah I figured this was an appropriate location to consume...

Warm, sweet, oaky, dark fruit and brown sugar, with a roastiness on the long finish. Just about perfect.

Did someone melt a fudgesicle and add some coffee, because that would be close.

Like most stouts, better as it warmed. Had an unbelievable roasty nose. Very thick in the mouth with great after-taste. Thanks John!

FLN; 12.5%’er; a poor hard pour, but a rich flavored stout!

Pairs well with World Whisky Day and a fire in the backyard. Thanks Bill

Straight up dry stout with a bourbon finish, excellent

I’ve wanted to drink this beer for nearly a decade, and years before it was made. The base beer is perfect and hats off to Founders by letting it shine. Barrel is nuanced and subdued. Huge roast, and barrel adds some sweetness with some spirit heat on end

Third bottle and no gushers yet 🙏🏼. This is one of the best values in BA stouts there is. Primarily chocolate, roasty, barrel & booze. One of my favorite Founders bottles.
