Another bottle I’ve been aging since 2020. This aged perfectly! Tastes like chocolate milk with notes of bourbon and coffee. Absolutely phenomenal!

Merry Christmas. Still a solid mix of chocolate and coffee. I would root for more fudge but still very good. Always good to have a breakfast beer on Xmas.

Go Cards. 1st bowl game in a while. Opening my last fudge bottle from 10-27-2020. Fudge flavor is back. Along with a bigger coffee note. Maple flavor has dissipated but it’s aged well and become very smooth.

Надо сразу сказать, что ни коричный, ни эспрессо версии мне не показались выдающимися. Эта не исключение. На нос хороший брауни и ликерные конфеты, немного кислит, сиропа почти нет, бочка едва ли, из базы любимый табак присутствует. Водянист и прост. Сух.

Absolutely ridiculous beer, been aging for a while and drank at room temp. Lots of layers, nothing overpowers and the sweetness is spot on.

Vertical tasting for the New Year. Flavor is still there more chocolate and subtle on the coffee. But really held up well after 3+ in the cellar

Stout gourmande. Bière de dessert. C’est ce que ça dit, c’est chocolaté et sucré. Ça mériterait un 4.35.

Fort sur le chocolat, le café et le sirop d’érable sont très discrets, tout comme le bourbon. Au moins ça reste équilibré, l’alcool ne domine pas. Assez peu de corps, arrière goût de cacao Van Houten.

Trying to pull some old ones out. This one bottled in October 2020 and has held up great. Creamy fudge flavor with some maple sweetness on the back end. Not much barrel flavor but that is typical of KBS beers for me.

Bottled 10.15.2020! Held up pretty well although it seems boozier than when fresh!! Warming all the way down!
