Just filled barrel for aging next batch of maple 🍁 syrup brew was perfect I thought cheers to delicious syrup and aged perfection in a year or more lol 😂

Doft av choklad, kaffe och fatlagring, samt lönnsirap. Fyllig munkänsla. Smak av choklad, kakao och kaffe. Något rostad eftersmak med inslag av choklad och kaffe.

This barrel aged stout has added chocolate, maple & coffee, but the chocolate is dominant. Very sweet, 11.0% ABV. The bottle is marked 2020. Think chocolate!!!! Thanks Ryan!

Heel lekker bier. Flink zoet met chocolade smaak. Bourbon smaken zijn wel erg op de achtergrond maar geeft net dat beetje extra

Maplechas fallen off a touch. More noticeable coffee now. Been in tbe fridge for 2 years. No ratings change.

Bra, och påminner om CBS men når inte hela vägen. Hårdare rostade toner och lite kaffe. Vissa fat-toner. Lite spritig.

Bottled 26 Oct 2020 Best by 26 Oct 2021 Cellared 14 months Nose: maintains big maple fudge profile w/ booze, char; astringent. First note has deadened predictably: more milk chocolate than dark, bitter ash, bitter cocoa; gum-numbing aftertaste.

I’m trying to catch up on Oscar contenders in time for the ceremony. This🍺is probably my favorite of the Founders KBS series that I’ve had to date, but I didn’t appreciate it quite as much this time around. Should’ve let it sit at room temp for longer.

Bottled 26 Oct 2020. Purchased 19 Dec 2020. Fudgy chocolate syrup aroma. Liquid chocolate brownies. Some coffee and milk chocolate flavor as well.
