Heavy, dark cocoa laced with fudge and bourbon. Coffee balances the flavours without any sweet adjunct additions. Vanilla edge. Pairs with duvets and John Candy movies. Nightcap supreme ☺️☺️☺️

Finally got a bit of my Michigan loot from last year since family can visit. Barrel is huge but still the fudge shines. Hints of espresso alongside the maple sweetness trailing at the end. 4.4

Creamy, coffee, full, chocolate, bourbon... Expected a lot of maple, but that's actually very subtle... Excellent stuff... When there is KBS, you drink KBS!

Tasty! Nicely balanced fudge, pleasantly bitter high-cocoa dark choc, cold brewed dark roast coffee, & generous vanilla cream lead, followed by a dash of maple, mo’ java, moderate char, sprinkle of brown sugar, & indistinct fruitiness emerging late. 4.4.

Found more of this gem in the Level Pebble! It has aged beautifully. Fudgier than ever. Still my favorite kbs so far hands down.

Veel chocola in de aanzet. Maple zorgt voor een mooie smooth deken. De bourbon is lastig te traceren. De eiken niet. Deze zorgen voor een droog karakter, wat een mooie tegenhanger is voor alle zoetheid.

Liquid dessert, dark and smooth. Sweet, bottle serving was just nice, don't think I could have drank more. ABV was hidden but did creep on me. Bourbon, chocolate, vanilla, maple. Not overly complex but super well-blended, maybe due to unintentional aging.

Это очень хорошо. Шоколад, кофе. Плотно, сбалансированно. Правда довольно крепко.
