An old favourite chocolaty coffeness with a oaky hint of brown sugar or maple. I love it and recommend pairing it with a nice cigar.

Tick ✔️ 2021 vintage.... I've been sniffing this like I were Tony Montana snorting a humongous pile of cocaine for five minutes...boozy bourbon has made me tipsy on nose alone... smooth palate.. meticulous.. shitloads of....➡️

Chocolat et vanille. Le fût apporte des notes boisée. Le caramel maintient la noisette en bouche sur le palais. Enrobante et très bonne, mais un poil moins gourmande que la version 2019.

Admittedly, it has lost a bit of carbonisation, but it still tastes as lovely.

This beer hasn't been cellar'd, it's been barn'd. Meaning it was outside for 90 degree summer days, the negative 14 day last February, and the 100 degree sauna days of running the wood stove into the danger zone. This is the first of three barn'd beers.

Wow this is aged perfectly it’s delicious 😋 chocolate barrel aged deliciousness!!! Yum glad I got a bunch left in the cellar 👍🏼

Prachtige dikke stout, diep bruin zonder gloed, mooie bruine bijpassende fijnparelige schuimkraag. Rijke smaak, mooie zoete rozijntjes in balans met de aan- en afdronk. Dankjewel Frank. Feest om te degusteren 🍻
