Pretty solid, smooth. Adjuncts are a tad light but there's a nice faint barrel presence.

The adjuncts are light, it’s a porter so remember it’s supposed to be a bit thin. Overall, quite pleasant, not too sweet, soft vanilla with just a hint of that maple.

Standard bourbon barrel porter/stout. Better than some I’ve had recently though.

This beer is like popping a double bubble in your mouth, chewing on it for 10 seconds, and regretting something you did in the 3rd grade. My goldfish I won at the carnival died, get over it.

Maple sweet + bourbon as main flavors. Light touch oak. No burn. Good strength clean and smooth. Porter malts not really tasting - maple + bourbon takeover really quickly. Tasty + not bad in any way but not that complex or porter like for 4+

Not sure why but I'm not very high on this. Like KBS but not as good. Going to test it some more and revert with a potential edit.

Most excellent porter. Like a stout. Great taste with the bourbon barrel aging. Delayed check in from Thursday night.

Eh, not my favorite from founders. Was expecting more maple flavor. Does gave nice bourbon-y taste and the vanilla almost comes across like a marshmallow.

The syrup is good and the sweetness prevails against the darkness. An easy to drink but delightful imperial, if nothing too spectacular.

It's really odd, because it tastes and feels so light, but it's not. One of the most understated porters I've had, sweet, malty, and smooth. Don't mind the fancy hotel glassware, lol.

I feel the burn of the first drink that Randy S. mentioned. I let him t warm a bit and it mellowed out. Subtle maple and vanilla taste. Pretty good beer in my opinion.

Tasty baltic porter with sweet malty chocolate & vanilla with splash of maple with balanced bourbon barrel without the heat. Pastry style vibe going on.
