Not usually a big porter drinker but this one got the better of my curiosity. Lots of vanilla, roasted notes, very faint on the bourbon

Perhaps a bit too sweet but didn't feel like an ipa. Lots of vanilla and maple.

Coffee flavor on the tongue, with hints of bourbon and vanilla maple finish. This one’s pretty dark, went well with desert red velvet muffin.

A smooth and strong beer. Definitely for sipping and savoring every bit of the flavor complexity.

More barrely and what seems like a bitter maple flavor. Unsure...

Ah yes, a vintage of a beer that was just released. Maple and oak are obvious on the nose, and the sweetness jumps out. Barrel aged maple syrup is the first flavor I get, then the smoky porter takes over for the finish. Would benefit from longer aging.

Just feels like it's missing something but I still like it.

Not too bad. I was expecting more. A little messy. Too boozy and a fan of sweet side. Vanilla is very present while the maple syrup takes the backseat. Barrel provides booziness but dryness and woodiness. We shall see how this one ages. Thanks Sam H.

Not going to lie, I was a little let down by this. When I tried Panther Cub a few years ago as a Taproom exclusive, it was incredible!! So when I saw they Barrel Aged it I was PUMPED! Something fell short for me though. Too boozy, not enough vanilla...

Description sounds amazing but I honestly think the vanilla extract makes this too fake tasting and more bitter than I would like. Not a whole lot of barrel either. Just not feeling this one. Not bad at all just not my cup of tea.

Watching Round 1 of NFL Draft. Saw in Nashville and picked up. Bourbon on nose. BBA not deep into the taste, maple is there.

I still stand by what I said last time. It's just too sweet. But I do notice vanilla this time. Is it from the bourbon? Or the vanilla extract? Can't tell. But the boozier CBS is better balanced from the noticeable bourbon.

Nice vanilla and maple contributions to the bourbon aging. The porter becomes a little 'candied' and reminds me of root beer. Still good, and a worthy brew.
