Fridge kept, but still oxidized. Mostly chocolate and a little oak at this point.

Slightly oxidized and not as vibrant, but def still super solid. Lovely on a fall evening.

From 2016 the profile softened quite a bit very approachable and can’t tell it’s over 12% aBV

2018 er nok min favorit årgang. 2018 havde massere af fad, chokolade og bare generelt smæk på. 2016 er mere balanceret. Mere rund smag, vanilje og chokolade. Lækker lækker øl.

This one I at least have a basis for comparison for. It seems it has diminished quite a bit. Coffee is now weak, sweetness has faded, and about all that is left is some bitterness. Probably was good when it was fresh.

Nose: Oxidized(s), Coffee. Palate: Thin, Stale Coffee - probably a little oxidized. Finish: meh..... Not rating.

Aging has mellowed the bourbon in this awesome beer. Still excellent. Dark and roasty.

The bourbon influence is less than when it was new. Mildly bitter ugh bourbon flavor. Definitely mellowed. Smooth

KBS with the black cap. Still holds up well, thick, still slight hints of the barrel. Aged well!

Sweet and caramely at this point. More caramel than dark chocolate and the coffee is long gone. Drink up and she ain’t getting any better.

Still an amazing beer! I loved it more in 2017 when it was "fresh" with more of the barrel notes. Now it is very subtile, smooth with a very low and light carbonation. Coffee, leather, vanilla, oak, fudge, dark chocolate, ash and cocoa beans. Love it!
