On left. Bottled 2/16/2016, 12.4%, aged at home 5 years. Aroma: brewed coffee, notes of chocolate and bourbon. Flavor: tons of oak, still some alcohol flavor after aging, coffee, very dark chocolate, bourbon heat, but not as sharp as 5 years ago.

R3B5. Similar to tom h. - but a hint more ABV. Fantastic, stalwart USA benchmark. Cried a bit when I ripped her from her cellar bed…but there is sacrifice in war Bobby N., right?!

Does not disappoint, everything you want a stout to be and more.

This one has held up nicely. Chocolate, coffee, bourbon on the nose. Quite smokey barrel and bourbon on the palate, with chocolate and coffee on the back end.

Coffee is gone. Solid chocolate. Fading.... miss the trips to Michigan to get the bottles, right John D.?

30 Years Old. Glad I let this one sit for the past 5 years…. It’s gotten better with time.

Oakey goodness to begin, mellows quickly to smooth coffee

刚哥赐酒,16年kbs,状态非常好。没什么铁锈味,酒体也不散。到今天,五年的世涛、有几个敢说酒体不散的?old sport,just feel it。

Holds up well! Coffee still there but faded and a bit earthy. Bourbon had mellowed

I've never checked this? From my cellar! Drank it straight, super powerful bourbon warmer. Then combined it with an Irish stout and cold brew coffee and created a killer mix drink! Might have to get this on the menu somehow.
