New Year’s Eve beer choice number three: This year doesn’t deserve champagne, it deserves malt liquor. But not any old malt liquor will do. This year could only be sent off with @foundersbrewing DKML (aka: Dick Kicker Malt Liquor).

Boozy and sweet, although the last 4 years seem to have taken a bit of the edge off. Either that or I've just gotten accustomed to strong ass beers.

This one.. really allows one to regret life decisions. It's amazing. Smooth due to malt. Sweet and strong up front. I get something like spices or hops at the back of my throat. Amazing.

Ett fantastiskt exempel på hur öl kan förändras, mogna genom lagring. Från att ha varit rå och grov har denna utvecklats, mjuknat och mognat, kvar finns fattonerna, fortfarande märkbart alkoholstark med 14% men betydligt trevligare strongaletoner😋

Last time I had this it was a 3.75. Now I’m giving it a 4.5. It has mellowed over the 5 years I’ve had it. Nice caramel taste now. Smooth

Almost a Barley Wine now! Sweet finish. Better than fresh in my opinion. Bottled 7/03/17.

Malt Liquor made by a brewery that isn’t selling it to homeless guys that pay with exact coins for a bottle. And aged in Bourbon barrels! Does the label remind anyone else of the Soviets?

Tap at Humboldt Mystery Bag #1, beer #2 - another revisit from one of my all time favorites! This is from the 2017 release & was bottled on 14 July 2017. Sweet, malty, vanilla, boozy, bourbon amazingness in my glass. Goes down way too easy for 14.2% ABV.
