Sweet roasty flavor a little bit of coffee and vanilla

Everything it says it is. Very light in the barrel, just a little booze.

This fucks. Drinks like a chocolate swirl ice cream with a smidge of bourbon. Only complaint is that, even at higher Temps, the base beer is completely muted by the adjuncts. Thankfully those adjuncts are 👌👌

Sweet, solid coffee and cocoa. Not much bourbon or barrel. Maybe could of done without the extra sweetener.

Flavor maturation consolidates attenuated syrupy components into a compact solitary flavor profile fusing light roasted coffee bean acidity, vanilla bean sweetness, bourbon warmth, & delayed palate paving layer of rich milk chocolate. ABV well hidden.

Backlog: founders kan det å lage brown ale. Nydelig med masse kaffe og sjokolade, middels pluss sødme. Nydelig.

Nutty nose of walnut and pecan. Round, soft mouthfeel with some lovely toasted cocoa and vanilla bean. The smooth chocolate finish is impressive. Better than expected with some subtlety and a burnt sugar/nutty/chocolate finish.

VERY flavorful almost to a fault. It's maybe the richest beer in their lineup

NEEDS SOME TIME AFTER OPENING. The first aroma was an almost unpleasant, cheap bourbon smell. This eventually dissipates but still leaves a mild acrid aftertaste in it's wake. Otherwise, this has a lovely mouth feel, sweetness, and baking spice notes.

Loads of coffee but not overbearing. The bourbon peeks through at the end

This beer. Holy moly. So smooth. How is it the high ABCs are so soooo good.

Steel cage match of muddled flavors. Cheap bourbon and Folgers, boozy and sickly/cloying vanilla but still a little thin for a beer this big.
