I get the velvet from the lactose, but where are Geddy Lee and the rest of the band? Or is that just a metaphor for Canada and the sweet maply Bourbon (even though there's no maple in this)? The mocha is nice and bitter, deeply roasted.

Al naso ricorda molto la colazione, emerge molto il cioccolato, il caffè e la vaniglia assieme ad una parte di nocciola. In bocca è morbida (dolce) ma bilanciata da un buon amaro finale. 11,1%vol abbastanza nascosti. FOUNDERS 🔝

Definite pastry notes, almost like a chocolate donut in a way. A little thin and one sided for me.

Really surprised by this one. A lot of coffee and chocolate on the nose. A lot of sweet vanilla with a smooth chocolate/coffee following. Not a lot of bourbon, but the vanilla really compliments what’s there. A Founders beer I might actually have again.

SUPER coffee in smell. Very creamy. Coffee and vanilla flavors. Some bourbon that is overshadowed mostly by the coffee/vanilla.

Sweet and creamy. A lot of vanilla and coffee. Brown ale that drinks like a stout.
