Looking at the tap and name, thought it might be a barrel aged stout. I’m not disappointed in it being a brown ale. So much flavor and doesn’t taste like 11%. Coffee and vanilla maybe some chocolate, but a thin feel-not a bad thing

I get the velvet from the lactose, but where are Geddy Lee and the rest of the band? Or is that just a metaphor for Canada and the sweet maply Bourbon (even though there's no maple in this)? The mocha is nice and bitter, deeply roasted.

Al naso ricorda molto la colazione, emerge molto il cioccolato, il caffè e la vaniglia assieme ad una parte di nocciola. In bocca è morbida (dolce) ma bilanciata da un buon amaro finale. 11,1%vol abbastanza nascosti. FOUNDERS 🔝

Zoete reuk, chocolade reuk. Zachte smaak, je proeft een soort whisky toon. Bijzonder biertje. Hij smaakt als een wat dikkere structuur. Afdronk koffie smaak. (Beery Christmas)
