2017-1-10 vtg, 4.25yr o. Darn tasty. Rich jammy cherry danish filling. Notes of cream cheese frosting and flaky pastry. Rockin dessert brew. I think it just keeps gettin better with time.

2017-1-10 vtg, 5yr,7mo o. Excellent rn. Ripe red cherries with notes of sweet, jammy berries. Mmm. Aging so darn well.

Love this beer ever since I found it in a markdown section one day. Now I have to buy it almost every time I see it 😂 I’m too much of a sucker for bourbon barrel aged beers. Founder’s is always great too. Cherry maple. My tongue is happy.

Una excelente Ale hecha con cerezas y añejada en barrica de Bourbon, sorprende lo bien que se mantuvo la acidez de las cerezas y se balancea con el dulzor del Bourbon, para maridaje unos chocolates de cerezas al licor, salud 🍻🏈

Maple syrup makes it a little heavy. The fruit part is light and crisp. Barrel aging did well. Syrup a little too cloying.

Cherry really hung around on this one. Bourbon settled, rich caramel notes. This aged very well.

The cherry and barrel have swapped promenance since it was fresh, almost like a barleywine with good barrel and a hint of cherry.

Really nice cherry-not medicinal like some cherry beverages. Slightly sweet with a delicate boozy finish.

Cherry and maple syrup had me a little worried this was going to be a mucky sugar bomb, but the flavors are very subtly woven together. This is a really pleasant experience!
