Was enjoyable…but not their best, and I love cinnamon too. I’m thinking this would be better aged.

Cinnamon rules the roost here and the coffee roastiness kicks in shortly after. Didn’t get much vanilla and with it not being a pastry stout, that’s OK.

Interesting KBS variant. Maybe too much going on. Prefer the original.

This one’s a little hot. The barrel-aging predominates the flavors. I expect other flavors to come out more as it mellows. Good now but may be better in a few months. Bottled 8.26.21. WE ARE…🏈

Cinnamon on the nose. Smooth mouthfeel. Cinnamon and a hint of vanilla throughout the palate. Coffee finish, as it should be. Well done Founders, and thank you for the KBS gifts year-round.

A bit astringent on open, but comes together as it warms. Honestly give me way more cocoa if it’s in the name. Not my fave variant, but good.

This is basically KBS plus cinnamon. Good but forgettable. Would rather get regular KBS and hopefully they bring back Maple Mackinack or CBS. Also, do a vanilla coconut KBS!!

I hate to say it because it did taste amazing, but it didn't taste too much different than regular KBS.

Lots of boozy sweetness, with flavors of vanilla, chocolate, and cinnamon. Thick and smooth.

To me, CBS is way better, but these KBS variants are pretty good.

12% ABV BBA Imperial Stout. Decently balanced flavors of coffee, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla with mild barrel aged flavors. Tough combo of flavors but well done.
