Still loving this! Totally my jams! If anything, it’s getting woodier, and spicier from the cinnamon and time…. Vanilla has faded or at least in the background now…

I like this a lot! Reminds me of Abraxas, but less sweet. Just the right amount of cinnamon, and not “hot”. Good vanilla and bourbon oak.

Vanilla icing on the nose. Milk chocolate and vanilla sweet. Not too thick, very good.

Cinnamon gives a slightly spicy finish to the dominant chocolate. Worthy of the KBS label imo.

Really cinnamon forward, just barely not unbalanced. Vanilla, coffee, chocolate, and barrel all provide nice base notes, but the cinnamon is definitely the star. Sweet, but not too sweet.

Heavy cocoa aromas in mouth it starts strong on the cinnamon and vanilla, before moving to the bitter and slightly roasty side of cocoa and coffee and the warm bourbon hints. Ultra smooth for a BA IS, it’s a wonderful deep and complex beer… 🇦🇹💪🏻🦁
