Best beer of the evening: bright, coffee, roasted malts, soft hazelnut defected as an earthy marzipan, strong alcohol, chocolate. A fun sipper

Very much like syrup! Rare to have a beer have the thickness and consistency of molasses. This is a slow sipper that you only do one of at a time, but string and tasty the entire way down.

Aroma of hazelnut, flavor of coffee, hazelnut and chocolate. It doesn’t seem boozy but it will probably sneak up on you as it is 12% alcohol.

gotta love it when you order the breakfast stout and get the kbs in a 16 Oz coffee mug lol! amazing mistake! (kbs was supposed to be an 8oz pour. shhh!)

Opaque brown-black with pillowy tan head & lacing. Dark-roast coffee nose & taste; add chocolate-hazelnut flavor. There’s nice balance of bitter & sweet.

Reminds me a lot of frangelic mountain, this has a more robust roasted Hazelnut character to it, less sweetness and a bit longer finish.

Oh am I digging this. I wasn’t sure about the hazelnut at first but man was that a good idea! It’s got the KBS profile that I like with the hazelnut flavor. Very well done.

Love Frangelic, which this reminds me of. More barrel flavor, richer and less sweet. Always drawn to hazelnut coffee and this doesn't disappoint

Hazelnut coffee…yum. Rich and roasty, little boozy, smooth. BOD 1/26/22
