My grandma's name was Hazel. She would have disapproved of my current blood alcohol level. Grandpa would have thrown another piece of wood on the fire and asked how much whiskey I had left. I miss them both.

Was mildly disappointed with this. Def has some hazelnut flavor but Def drinks a bit thinner than other KBS beers I have had. Bourbon note is mild and the hazelnut Def brings some astringency in the finish. Not a bad beer but expected more from a variant

Bottled 26 Jan 2022. She hazelnut alright. Tastes tingey. A coffee roast finish. Stout notes are lost in the hazelnut flavor. Hopefully will be better with aging. Not their best version.

Solid beer. No doubt about it. But man it’s hot and I could go for a margarita.

Een bak vol hazelnoten, gesouffleerd door de koffie en chocolade. Ik weet niet welke afslag de Bourbon genomen heeft, maar heeft dit bier niet echt gehaald.

My dogs and I are living in a private campground on a beautiful private lake. Currently cooking cheddar brats, venison cheese burgers and chicken thigh foil packets over oak, hickory and wild apple coals. Drinking BBA beer and smoking homegrown. LIVIN'!!!
