New label, same old standard. Chocolate, espresso and brown sugar. Options were slim at my stop so I grabbed this for the first time in years and it didn't disappoint, good winter drinker. Maybe a little sweeter then I remembered

Perfect base coffee stout with just a touch of chocolate flavor. 8.3% only moderately noticeable. Some oatmeal dryness in n finish.

Here's another one I haven't seen in a few years, thanks to a certain Iowa beer distributor who I shall not name. It's amazing what you can find just across state lines. Pairing with a Sanford and Son marathon.

Very nice, as Botat would say. Minimal malt in the back. Great notes of coffee up fromt. Not bitter. Sweet without being too much. Batch tastes great and gives a great boost of caffine wheen needed ;).

On this 11th day of Stoutmas Rich gave to me…Founders Breakfast Stout. This thin and uneventful stout is still worth a try. Coffee for days. Need the kick to stay awake for this Raiders ass whooping of the Chargers. 42-0 at half. Hell yeah!

Smooth and deep roasty coffee & subdued chocolate malt. Silky smooth feel with modest carbonation.
