2017. Haven't had since 2020. Oaky, smooth, sweet with maple, chocolate, bourbon, brewed coffee. Balanced and smooth but still with some strong bourbon. Spice develops late in the long finish. Doing great about 6 years later. Oak is prominent and perfect.

Upfront charred oak, robust bourbon booziness, a punch to the face of sweet vanilla maple flavor with a creamy milk chocolate note. Bitter coffee bite on the end. Wow, what a delicious journey for your tastebuds! Last one of my stash…

In Mayfield We Trust! Or the refs... Tough breaks for the Lions and they are out of the playoffs. Great beer for the ages, last of the old bombers!

2017 bottle. Great story but I wish the maple came through stronger, not so much for the sweetness but to have more earthy maple taste.
