Smooth chocolate with nice bourbon notes. Spice is a nice addition, but barely perceptible

Solid BBA Stout! Lots of bitter dark chocolate, mild coffeeish roast, chili pepper, the finish is smooth and sweet with zero bourbon flavor. Thanks Greg S.

Barrel Aged night 2 with Allison C. And Debi C. Expecting more. Chocolate on the nose. The KBS coffee is present with hints of the pepper. Maybe more pepper and chocolate with less coffee? Good not great.

Chocolatey kbs on the front and a bit of a spice on the aftertaste. Pretty good

The heat is forward and very brief, great beer, would like the heat to hang around a bit longer.

Didn’t know this was a thing. Tastes like KBS. Spice is barely noticeable but that’s not necessarily a bad thing

I bought this after Mel J. had it at the brewery. Slight coffee aroma and taste. Nice Spicy Chocolate mouthfeel.

Might have let it set out at room temp a little too long but still tasty. Nice blend of heat and chocolate with some coffee in the background. Cheers

This is interesting. Not as much spice as other spicy stouts I've had, which is good, spice doesn't linger, it's quite tasty. Strong chocolate, which is typical KBS. A little lighter/ thinner than regular KBS. Pretty accurate rating.
