This is neat, not sure how I never had this. Grapes are present in the nose and taste. Very impressed. 4.35/5

Quite lean and acidic, which is impressive for a 10% stout. But also needs sweetness to balance it out. It’s also been aged two years in cool basement climate.

From two nights back. Bottled in September 2018, this was different. Syrah-grape “must” added. You could taste the wine-like flavor. You’d think blending wine and a barrel-aged stout would be great, but I wasn’t overly impressed.

This is absolutely amazing-the red wine/RIS blend is magical - so satisfying on every level - gutted we only have one more!

Big stout, hints of winey berries. Smooth chocolate mocha loveliness. Lil toffee richness. Like being spooned by Dogfish Head

Wine cuts through aggressively. 3 yes old curious how the much the age impacted it.

Cellar clean out hasn’t had a whole lot of winners. The DGFH stuff has held up pretty good

Nice roasty Russian Imperial stout at 10 %. During vintage & vynal

Not much Syrah coming through... oak does though, perhaps it's the aging

10% RIS, another rarity to find on tap. Subtle spice & licorice dancing in an oaky garden of bourbon yum! This is the beer that caused Adam to give up a rib.

All the best characteristics of a Russian imperial, a barley wine, and Grand Cru. Delicious! [4oz]

Good but a little lighter/thinner on flavor than expected

Russian Imperial Stout with Syrah grape, I love the vintage stuff here! Balanced and mellow. Father Time has been good to this batch. A little roasty finish
