So very delicious! Strong ale? IPA? It’s own category?!? Awesome beer!

From Sunday’s Father’s Day 2023 share. 2015 bottle purchased while wandering around Chicago after Rare Day. This has aged amazingly well. Molasses and tobacco for days. I will be looking for and aging these moving forward. 🍷

Finally found a bottle - it’s been a long time. Still good!

First time having this! It’s a straight booze bomb with a big balance of sweetness, hops, and slight bitter finish. Pretty sure this is the 2022 release if I’m reading the bottle right.

Oof. Having it proper now. Floral as hell nose. Hints of alcohol is not lost .resinous, piney and pineapple tarts. Lots of phenolics, almost banana like. Extremely smooth too.

Shared from two different years. Older was a bit cloudier, newer was a bit sweeter

This has aged really well, incredibly raisiny and caramelly. Superb, thanks Dan!

It actually tastes like a strong Belgian. It was pricey. Still thinking it over.

Overripe apricots and peaches immersed in hop oils, resin, rosehip concentrate, distant liquorice, good old school caramalt dose, intense bitterness smoothened by booze. A dangerous, intense pleasure.

Still tasty. Purchased this in 2011. It’s been in my refrigerator since then.
