SO GOOD! Aged 3+ years in Ericβs cellar. Poured thick & syrupy. Same over the the tongue. Not much head. So much creamy bourbon toffee malt. Powerful but balanced really well.

2014 bottle aged from our new friends from Northern Virginia. Great people to share a great beer.

From 2018. When I last had a bottle from this cellared batch it was only 1 year old and tasted of bacon. The sweetness has aged out and this is a much more balanced smokey profile now.

It's Palo Santo Marron, need I say more? Ok fine, the wood is basically bullet proof.

The last one. Bought these back in 2015 or so, aged pretty well considering they traveled almost around the world (DE-HI-IL). Still amazing!
