9 pickup loads later, it's time to relax. Lot is looking better for the work.

Vintage 2015, slight loss of carbonation yields an anemic head, dark opaque ruby, caramelized sugar and smoke aromas, surprisingly zesty body, dark stone fruits, leather, tobacco, smoke, woody tannins, dry tannins and raisins on the finish

This is a brown ale. Looks more stout or Porter not overly boozy and drinks easy, smooth not sweet and not as thick as some, I may have to get a to go.

Excellent. Not available in the STL anymore.

Brewed with a beautiful deep red that almost looks like a stout and a red wine made love. It's sweet and the flavors meld beautifully without tasting as boozy as it actually is. Delightful!

Strong. Port wine/syrupy taste at the end. Unique smell. Flight tasting. Far right.

Enjoying this Dogfish Head masterpiece alongside the two whiskeys derived from it. Really hoping Dogfish gets their Palo Santo tank back in working condition again so we can have more of this amazing beer (and whiskey!) Cheers 🍻

Exceptional brown ale. While it’s 12%, it is extremely smooth with no boozy taste.

2022 edition (while the Palo Santo cask is being refurbished): lighter and more stone fruity with less of the wood aged flavor than a typical PSM. A 4.5 on draft.

Roasted malt flavor. Slight caramel notes. Very wild woodsy flavor from the pale santo.

Super-late check-in from mid-February. Last of my archived Palo Santo Marrons. Delicious from first to last drop. Definitely a top-tier DFH offering.

You have to be in the mood for this, but, when you are, it’s positively delicious!
