“Back to the Future” 10 years of aging has proved to be too much and the beer is no longer drinkable 😢 tastes like a skunky root beer.

Aroma is a bit funky and fruity. Sour. I think we left this too long 😢

Cellar dive/purge. Time has done good and bad. Herbs have vastly softened and abv is really hidden. Notes of soy sauce and slight herbaceousness does not help.
