Bottled Nov 1/19. Rich and full without being viscous - bourbon booziness with layers of caramel, vanilla, dates, molasses and soft notes of cocoa and coffee. Wonderful warming 6 oz bomb (split 2 ways) - you’re a monster if you consume alone.

Oscura, intensa, entrada dulce, cuerpo ligero, baja bien, carbonatación regular, paso por barrica de bourbon muy presente, vainilla, algo de café, aromática fuerte y en el regusto muy alcohólica con su 18% de ABV. Para beberla a sorbos con mucha calma.

Delightful! A little boozy but it works with the flavor profile. It’s a great beer made even better. There’s chocolate, cherry, raisin, vanilla, bourbon, wood, alcohol, toffee, caramel, more vanilla, and hints of licorice and coffee.

Here’s where my night goes downhill. Lots of bourbon in the aroma. No card. Huge flavor! Lots of bourbon but not overpowering. Great coco taste too. Gives you that heroin blues feel. Warmth everywhere

Holy shitsnacks. And SPLOOSH. Aroma is oakey, roasty malt and bourbon. Taste follows, with silky smooth mouthfeel and hint of alcohol burn. Not overly complex but brilliantly executed. Simply Delicious.

It has some (favorable) heat to it. Nice juxtaposition to BCBS release weekend. Pairs well with The Mandalorian

I've wanted this ever since i heard it existed, and im not disappointed. The bourbon is strong enough, but not enough to take away from the monster base. It really mellows things out nicely.. Will check back in a year or so....

11/19 bottle. Big, bold chocolate boozy bourbon ball. Delicious through the glass. How they cover 18% ABV, seems impossible and it definitely catches up to you!

Nice hint of the bourbon barrel aging really elevates this otherwise Carmel roast toasty brew. Dogfish just does it right. Every. Time.

W/ reg World Wide. Bottled 11/2019. Tastes vanilla/bourbon & less choco/molasses/licorice, no hoppy. BUT, is MUCH more boozy! I assume because of the BB. Def not for those sensitive to alcohol. Overall, I like it more because of the absence of licorice.
