After 3 years, it's turned into a nice barleywine.

Still hoppy, but also more malty after 3 years.

Now drinking my 3rd beer from this pack, aged 3 years. Starting to get a bit of sediment, but still tastes as amazing as ever. Happy Birthday, bro. ❤️

Cellared 3 years: malty with caramel notes and subtle hop finish.

Dark raisins and stewed apples. Pretty good, but a few months out of peak.

3+ years old. Floaters. Doesn't resemble an IPA at all. Almost barleywine-esque. So good. So very good.

This is what’s on tap, John’s, not the 2019 if the abv on your sign is correct.

Round 2 - Catch up - as always…magnificent! Aged softly and beautifully in only 3ish years and beyond grand, especially paired with pastor pollo quesadillas and tortilla soup. Just saying. Fantastic and definitely a #GirlDad celebration IPA

Bottled 06/29/20. This is the time to drink this beer. Today is 06 Jan 2024. That’s 1286 days or ~3.5 years and it is perfect. Still has hop character without being overwhelming. Has the perfect malt balance. 👌🏻

How else does one celebrate 120 Day? This has matured nicely with the hops still shine. There is a subtle undercurrent of currants and raisins, with a maltiness that just underscores the quality. Bright and warming.

Let’s be honest: this is still a really boozy quadruple IPA. We’ve finally come full circle.

Aged super well. It’s like dried figs, caramel, English toffee, and butterscotch. Sad it’s my last 2020!

Malty and boozy with remarkable amount of potent hop still at 4 years. Caramel, raisin, fig, pine, even bit of maple. More like an American Barleywine than imperial ipa for sure.
