Had to share this bottle with my wife so she could try 120 Minute for the first time. Same as last time: nearing perfection. It tastes absolutely wonderful.

still has some hop presence surprisingly.. has became smoother... boozy but not near as boozy as fresh.. still warms the chest though.. I get some caramel with some herbal tea like flavors with some orange/citrus..

Aging does mellow the strong hoppy bite as the body is both hoppy and syrupy sweet. The balance helps but the beer is still undeniably all hop and boozy bite. A sipping beer.

Been saving this one but on the Eve 1-20 seemed like a perfect day for it!

Lost check-in from yesterday. Getting better every year!

3 years of aging turned thousands into a beautiful beer. Unique taste of pine and honey. Hardly any hops remaining

Walked into the beer store and saw the 120 IPA sitting there. Picked up the bottle and to my surprise it was a ‘19’. The flavor! This beer is delicious! WOW!

Ages well. Malty body still Carrie’s big alcohol and hops.

#8 from Extreme Beer box. I’m a little disappointed that I got one of these instead of a stout. I pretty much got the box for the stouts, plus I’ve had this before (even the same 2019 vintage.). Oh well, it’s still a really good beer, so c’est la vie.

Liverpool are 2022 Carabao Cup champs! Great beer to celebrate with!

So much better than the last 120 I had many years ago. This is a hoppy, boozy bomb. Malty too. Nice sipper - not sure if 18% or 21% ABV, but either way a doozy. Why I’m I doing this might before St Patrick’s Day?

Still absolutely stunning. Especially for an IPA which I do not typically enjoy.

"What you have here is the holy grail for hopheads." Still have a hard time watching these get old, but it's worth it, this one is like hoppy moonshine, jet fuel has got nothing on this, prost

Next up is the 2019 version. This was a fantastic year for 120 minute. Whether it was the recipe, brewing process, or perhaps the cellar aging, this brew tasted a lot less boozy and a lot more smooth. Also had a nice hop bitterness on the backend.

Awesome 120 minute. Super malty, the booze doesn’t punch. Can’t wait to try the other 2 in a few more years!

Both have a nice burn to them, but very differently. Boozy, malty, hoppy. The beer, not the salsa. #DEDM Day 15

Those years have already done some magic. It's like a hoppy barley wine. So good.

Wow! From Aug. 2019, poured thick and looked like an apple cider. Not sure how to describe, reminds me of a Barleywine, interesting.

Bottled 09/13/19. Maybe needed to age more. A little bit more alcohol burn than some other vintages.

If I blind taste tested this I might have guessed 10 styles before arriving at IPA out of desperation. Crazy

(Extreme Beer Box) Citrus and caramel. Some dark fruit. Moderate bitter finish. The 17’ is surprisingly similar. Bitterness turning to astringency. The 16’ is almost a completely different beer. Sweet. Brown sugar and dried fruit. Moderately astringent
