Saved this one just too long. Drinks like a strong ale. Oh well. Fun experiment anyway.

Drank this one last night. Held up ok. Little bit of sediment at the bottom. No longer a booze bomb. Tastes more like an english barleywine but I think I prefer it fresh.

Aged for 7 years WoW! Thanks DJ! Happy Thanksgiving to all! Cheers to being self employed…to unapologetically call my own shots on my own terms! CHEERS!!! 🍻

Rescued from the mold. I think 5 years was the sweet spot.

Nope, did not age well. Very malty, chunky yeast. Maybe if it was kept sub 50 degrees?

7 year wait to crack this one. Aged beautifully! So smooth.

Probably past its prime. Still strong and sweet, but lacks the usual delicious punch.

Aged 7 years in bottle. It might be the best 120 minute I’ve ever had

Thanks for sharing Howard! It’s just Not the IPA for me 😬

Happy 1/20 Day! One of my perennial favorites, even after all these years. Boozy, sweet, and strong. I’m of the opinion 120 IPAs should be aged at least 1-2 years to be best enjoyed. The exception being if it’s on tap

Holy crap. Sweet, hoppy bomb of a beer. On tap. Wowsers

It's a boozy, hoppy, oxidized mess of a barleywine after 8 years...and tastier than it should be.

10 of 10 kicked up to a 10! Definitely improved with age with a boozy kick!

7.5 years was worth the wait. Delicious and so smooth now. Glad I have the other 3 from the pack to age a few more years. Cheers

Russian River and Dogfish can sort out who has the best IPA of all time but I have no problem benefitting from both

Straight up lyfe/old ale. Sitting on a 120 for eight years = resounding success.

Wow! Never did I dream sitting on a 2015 would taste as rich and fresh in 2023. Amazingly complex; I will begin aging consistently going forward. 2016 and 2017 on tap tomorrow!

Still a large hop presence. Amazingly. Thanks for the gift, Gabe H.

This is not getting any better with age. 8 years is too long to hold on too! Still enjoying it, though!

Surprisingly really good Hops still there with the malty Liquor finish

Don't know if I needed to hold onto this for 8 years, but still pretty damn tasty.

My last bottle of 2015. Craig G. I am sure I picked this up at that little grocery store in GR way back when. Still a solid beer and hasn’t lost much at all.

Starting to get into what I remember as 120, just a little less hoppy. Had a a slight touch of oxidation.
