Very tart. These specialty barrel aged wild ale’s Dogfish brews are outstanding but on the pricey side

Tarty, Funky, and some slight acidity. And a slight after taste of sweet tarts?

Tart and somewhat hoppy. Some funk but not as much as expected.

Tart, hoppy farmhouse ale. Aged in French Oak, dry-hopped with Pacific hops. Wooden it be nice to be back in the Wildhoods.

Looks like beer. Head, bubbles. Mineral funk. Tart. Dry. Good.
