Straight from cask, great barrel here. Complex and displaying a lot of the qualities you would get from a final blend, sesame, oak, cider apple, funk, ... one of the better Boon lambic I've came across.

Very easy to smash. Citrus, slight farm/barnyard notes. Poured from keg at the Bruges Beer Museum
