After drinking an 14% ABV imperial stout, this initially tasted alcohol-free! 😅 Having allowed my taste buds to recover, though, I found this Lambiek to be very pleasant, with just the right level of alcohol to be very satisfying and refreshing.

Flat au possible, plutôt unidimensionnelle mais franchement efficace pour un lambic non blendé. Notes de terre, pomme verte et un peu de cuir, funk modéré. Étonnamment très buvable

Stosunek jakości do ceny miażdży! Czysty, przyjemny lambic! Kwaśny, w cytrusowym stylu. Lekki. Może za mało lambikowy, ale trochę skóry jest.

Сухой, не сказать, что сложный, танинно где то на задворках, чуть каках, слегка цитрусов, очень тихий и спокойный, не шибко хрустящий, с карбо вот вообще не понятна история, его нет вообще, это как то уж портит впечатление.

Au nez les bretts explosent avec un petit côté sous bois. En bouche attaque vineuse, très sèche on as ce côté lambic jeune avec aucune carbonatation et un côté très boisé/bretté. Traditionnel, classique
