BB 01/04/2036. My conclusion is that it 7 years old. Dry apple taste a bit tart still high carbonation. A bit funky.

A super tart and slightly sour brew with an apple base. Low effervescence and champagne-y finish. Very smooth and enjoyable brew.

2016. Huge pop and slight explosion out of bottle 💥. Still bright and crisp with lots of ripe apple and fresh hay. Super dry (champagne’y). Still lots of aging potential!
