Geuze! Har spart denne en stund og det var verdt å vente på. Surt, men ikke ekstremt. Ingen eddik. Eple, grapefrukt, funk, barnyard, horseblanket, peanøttskall, strå, eik, vanilje, hvitvin, og hinter av stikkelsbær, jordbær, bringebær, og røyk. Tørt.

Big pop of the cork. Muted nose, offering a bit of funk. In the mouth, yellow apple skin and malt/grain. Body is thin, finish is short-lived. I'm not in love with this bottle. Eager to revisit later, though.

Very dry, very grapefruit. Like the last bottle this one is a bit thin and loses carb quickly but I don’t get much of the cheese and mineral I did from that one. It does finish salty.
