Burnt rubber on the nose and a little on the pallet, in a good way.

Dry and mineral as usual but sadly this has less depth and character than other Black Label batches. By no means flawed, still a nice and balanced geuze, just a little lacking given the pedigree.

Tart and funky but not that different from standard Boon as far as I can tell.

Un « pop » des plus satisfaisants, bien gazé et festif, sec, un peu de champagne, super!

Very similar to N°3. Milder acidity than N°2. More bitter than N°2.

Had a bottle that stayed in a cupboard for years. Beautifully aromatic, when you open up a bottle the whole kitchen gets that aromatic complex lambic scent. Taste is pleasant and complex as well with low acidity. It's great. Wish I had a whole crate.

Smells tart and has a great apple flavor. Very dry with notes of oak. I am really digging this lambic.

New at CBU in bottles. Complex, woody, a bit appley, and not as tart as it smells. There's a few levels to this and it's better as it warms up.
