Säuerlich und spritzig, grüner Apfel, weiße Trauben, paar Stachelbeeren, geschmeidiger Körper, was süßlich, bisschen Leder. Tolles Bier, saugut!

The carbonation has gone the way of the Dodo on this one. Still bone dry, puckering and some nice apple dessert on maple syrup flavours. Amazing but the carbonation is missed.

Hans-Jørgen Martinus Vork Rosenwein
Great sour aroma, a Hood mix og sour, fruit and a Tony hint of funk and a light wood element. Light sour flavour, very smooth and has light oak finish.

This has an overt oak character I don’t understand coming from old foeders. Maybe it’s not actually oak derived? Also medicinal, some citrus. Relatively soft. Shows some alcohol. The least impressive of the several Vat bottles we’ve had recently.

More acidic than Vat 92 and a much stronger flavor. Lived up to expectations.

not sour at all, mildly sweet and easy drinking, nice oak barrel flavor on the end - should age nicely if you can hold onto it for longer

Lidt som cider, og dog slet ikke. Og lidt flad i smagen. Dufter rigtig godt, men leverer ikke helt.
