Love the concept behind the vat box. I picked up a few boxes and will do a deeper dive with the next box but 110 was a solid beer. Big brett funk, a faint hint of vanilla, a touch of acetic acid and a dry finish.

Clear deep blonde. Dry fruits, figs, vanilla like flavor with spice, wood, cognac like character. Medium tartness, no bitterness and sweetness, very mild astringency. Medium carbonation, medium or full body. Very matured. Excellent!

Beautifully eclectic - apple, wood, lemon, citrus, a dash of vanilla, cognac, white pepper, mandarin, dry yet bright and lively. Happy Friday!
