Classic Barnyard, earth, leathery characteristics of a Gueuze/Lambic with a pleasant citrus sourness for the style. Little to no hop aroma and flavor. High refreshing carbonation and overall a pleasant beer.

Excellent addition to a BLT with homemade bacon and home grown tomatoes. Champagne like with some sourness and light funk. Too bad it’s my last one. 😕

Много яблок и апельсиновый цедры, скотинка. Достаточно яркий, цитрусово-яблочный, горчит цедрой сладкого апельсина. Карбо больше, чем в 13ом

4.1 Het gouden jaar. Lekker, smaakt al wat afgeronder, kleine bittertjes, mooi. Mist wat pit maar gaat goed binnen als aperitief.

Heerlijke zachte gerijpte Geuze. Flink zuur, heerlijk fruitig. Fris-zure Groene appel, witte druif. Top dat deze mij werd aangeboden bij De Klinker 🎉

Last night. When I drink lambic/geuze, I ask myself why I waste my time drinking any other style of beer (except for a few exceptions).
