Kolsyran är svag, syran mild. Lite gräs blandat med gröna äpplen.

Kolsyran har stuckit lite men frukten sitter där. Väl mycket syra för min smak, men det funkar i värmen.

In de mond en tijdens het afslikken vind ik hem zeer aangenaam, de afdronk blijft er een onaangenaam prikkeltje hangen. Ik had een veel ronder, complexer/completer bier verwacht...

Riktigt god, ganska mild geuze som känns att den lagrats på flaska ett tag. Rätt så komplex med en fin smak av aprikos, äpple, lite apelsin.

Has mellowed nicely with age. Oranges, musty cork and funk.

Denna hade tydligen åldrats. Syran var dämpad och kompletterad med klara vintage-toner.

From the deep, dark cellar recesses of Firkin Manor. Beautiful, clear copper gold color. Mild apple aroma. Apple, oak, and tart flavors with a dry sherry-like finish.

Not very acidic, delicate with a good apple aftertaste. This beer has been in my cellar for the past 4 years.

Abv 7% Kleur: helder blond. Geur: wild, funky. Smaak: rustig, fresh, niet aggresief zuur. Frisse dronk, wat groene appelschil en limoenzest. Verder weinig platteland. Licht tarty en droge afdronk

Il corpo è un po' esile ma il gusto è ancora bello fresco e dissetante. Legno, cantina, polvere, limone... Tutto quello che ci vuole!
