Dourada, brilhante, levemente turva. Espuma branca, com média formação e persistência. Aroma uva verde, frutado, cítrico e um leve couro, todos da fermentação. Gosto ácido, lácteo e acético. Sabor frutado e funky. Corpo médio e carbo alta. Final seco.

Coloração dourada, creme de alta formação e persistência. No aroma notas leves de madeira, cítrico, damasco e leve funky. No sabor, predomínio da acidez, láctica e acética, com maior destaque para a bretta. Complexidade e equilíbrio.

#scienceofbeer Safra 2016 Bem funky no aroma e leve perfil cítrico. No sabor, aaprece bem no final. Carbonatação zero agressiva. Cervejaça!!!

Deze Geuze is zacht zuur, citrus licht appel met tonen van hout. Deze past heel goed bij het Belgisch locaal gerecht gehakt met kersen! Het zure met het lichte zuurtje in de kersen nivelleert. Dit met het tegengestelde zoet en vet werkt wonderbaarlijk.

Not as good as some of the others from this group, but, still very tasty. Wonder if waiting until near it’s expiration in 2039 would have made it better? Guess we’ll never know.😄
