Funky sour scent. Quite acidic and funky. The acidic start fades and leaves a sour funky flavor.

Ff in de sfeer van gisteren blijven, funky in de neus, hooi, stal. Zacht zuur, veel koolzuur, lichte wrangheid in de nasmaak.

J'avais un peu d'attentes compte tenu de l'âge, mais c'est assez basic au final. Cuir, pomme, finale sèche. Saveurs un peu éphémères. Fait la job mais il se fait beaucoup mieux en termes de gueuze.

Bon mixte de lambic vieillie plusieurs mois en fut de chêne, funky, surette, leger gout de pommes, intéressante.
