2013年的酒,2022年10月7日开瓶饮用,9年时光,已将酸逐渐退去 名字非常好听,美好姻缘,国庆期间开也算是庆祝我们国庆结婚一周年啦~ 老婆不喝酒,跟好友一起分享! 开瓶气很足,瓶塞嘭的干脆利落,闻香酵母野菌香气十足,倒入杯中,颜色呈琥铂色,泡沫从杯底涌上来,形成白色泡沫非常优雅,红叔一直认为“倒酸啤是一件非常优雅有仪式感的事情”。 入口酸非常柔和,馥郁的酸中带着果甜,时间和酵母将酸调教的非常柔顺,并赋予这瓶酒很细腻的口感,收口干很高水准。

It’s that good. Opened the bottle ~25 days ago(!) and it was that good. Just rediscovered it corked up in the fridge, and it’s STILL that good. Are newer bottles this delish? Please tell me if so! It’s my first, and hopefully not my last! Cheers GBE!
