Balanced sweet and tart cherry with a nice lingering fruitiness in the finish.

No aroma o que se destaca mais é mesmo a fruta, com um caráter levemente adocicado. A rusticidade fica em segundo plano, e um pouco atrás um leve amadeirado. Na boca é bastante taninada, amarrando a boca. A acidez é média, sabor frutado e amadeirado.

Неожиданно сухо, много вишни, я бы даже сказал переспелой черешни, горечь косточки вконце. пости ни намека на кислючесть.

Sehr fruchtig (Kirschen) und leicht säuerlich vom Geruch. Leider bleibt davon nicht mehr so viel beim Zuführen in den Mund. Schade!

Distinct cherry 🍒 nose. Taste is somewhat thin although cherry is prominent. Dark winegumes and a little oakiness

Sweet Cherry, oak, low carbonation and slightly sour with dark wine gums. Lacks som depth but good flavours!

Discreta carbonatazione nonostante i 6 anni di bottiglia. Sourness praticamente nulla e invece un mare di ciliegie dolci con tocchi astringenti di noccioli e tanto legno. Semplice per lo stile

Tried 2020 one, good sour, cherry, fresh. I think it’s in my top 5 favourite sours! And I guess Erik likes this one too

Cherry red, low carbonation. Marzipan, cherry, compost funk and a slightly dry astringency in the finish.

Two and a half years on and it’s past it’s best I think. Nose funky, almost compost. Lots of cherries and red fruit but the marzipan is becoming more dominate. Palate sour and very funky. Quite refreshing. A little astringency. Red fruit finish.

Schuimkraag verdwijnt snel, mooie robijn rode kleur. Aroma’s van lambiek en krieken. In de smaak een heerlijke zure krieken smaak (400gr / liter). Zachte zurige afdronk.

훨씬 프루티. 포도 체리 건자두 드라이한 감은 확실히 좀 적은거같음 스카르빅스보다는. 신맛은 매우 절제되어있음. 스카르빅스보다 좀 더 개인적으론맛있는듯.
