Couleur rouge un peu sale. Nez funky et légèrement boisé de griottes et noyaux. Goût acidulé de cerises foncées, léger funk boisé, finale tart semi-sèche. Très loin de ce que j'ai goûté en format 750ml en 2018.

Sweet jammy fruity one. Much more straightforward. Really not sour. A bit meh.

Good sweet/sour/tart balance in this one. Dark ruby colour is nice too. I’ll do this one again in the future. Well done!

Aged this since Nov. 2017. Wonderfully balanced. Intense cherry notes, complemented by plums, cinnamon, almond, strawberries.
