Abv 8% Kleur: troebel geel. Geur: zacht, mooie lambic tonen, groene zure appel. Smaak: weinig c02, appel, fris, houttonen en echt zacbt geworden. Top in de rijping geworden!

His Royal Hancurness hancurman
I probably bought this in 2015. Its evolved into something brilliant. Carbonation has calmed down ALOT and the bret is coming through strongly.

Merry Christmas! Opened after only 10yrs with still another 12 to go! Sourness is definitely mellowed, really quite drinkable (apart from the sediment)
