Boon Geuze Taste Off 2/2: Mooi zuur. Citroen. Nu ook (meer) zure appel. En iets meer hout. Smaakt meer belegen (3 ipv 2 jaar op eikenvat). Net wat je wil. Deze is intenser (en complexer), de vorige "normale" geuze iets frisser. Dus gelijk spel!

Dry wooded smell, golden color, good body. "Brutal" wooded taste, light dry wooded persistence. It feels "young" and "explosive", should be interesting blended!

Refreshing as it wasn't super tart. Bit of bitter punch in the aftertaste. Maybe not the most complex oude geuze, but still good!

Skönt småfunkig doft..Mycket äpplen, fat, skuggan av rökighet, torrhet, lite funk, behaglig syra, oväntat hög beska. Förmodligen för ung för att drickas, men jag hade inte tid att vänta..

Zurig, appeltjes en muf/funky. Vrij droge afdronk, maar ook iets bitters.

Fantastiskt funkig! Sur, frisk och fruktig. Vinägern är påtaglig men inte mitt-i-prick.

Fredagsmys igen! Det firar vi med en geuze innan maten! Syrlig, sur och fruktig med smak av äpple i framkant. Helt klart en trevlig aperitif!
