God this is amazing. Super dry, bitter mineral, rich apple and apricot fruit, some barrel, solid acid (more than average young Mariage parfait or OG) but not too much and no VA.

Very funky & vinous, & very very dry. Spritzy carbonation, lightly tart. A birthday present from Carl M. that’s been ageing in the cupboard for 6months

Elegant en super funky. Heel veel Brett neus maar veel minder zuur dan de gewone oude Geuze. Ook kom ik een hele interessante Biscotti-koekjes achtige toon en aroma tegen. Interessant.

Duft af fadlagring og sour, smag af afdæmpet men kompleks sour afbalanceret med vinøs maltsødme og diskret præg af fadlagring, eftersmag med mere aggressiv / eddikepræget sour. En flot afbalanceret sour.

This beauty is not as acidic as most Geuzes from Boon but delicious nonetheless. It is a spritzy and sour brew with elderflower notes. The finish is funky, oaky and vinous.

Bardzo delikatne, zbalansowane geuze. To chyba wystarczy za opis. W porównaniu z Canti czy 3F za grzeczne jak na mój gust, ale tylko jak na mój gust :)

LCI van gisterenavond. Na een erg geslaagde escape in BoZ een aperitiefbier verdiend! Lekker fris en zurig. Was misschien net iets te koud geserveerd maar erg blij met deze als starter van de avond!
